Dr. Nicholas Leverette

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Learning Officer

Growing up in a small farming community in rural Mississippi, Dr. Nick knows the value of hard work and strong relationships. He earned his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. During his time at MSU, he earned The Holmes Academic & Cultural Diversity award as a sophomore. After attending MSU, he continued his education at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas Texas. At Parker, Dr. Nick earned double bachelor’s degrees in human Anatomy as well as Health and Wellness. He was also able to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic, graduating at the top of his class in 2007.

When asked what he likes most about being a Doctor of Chiropractic, Nick replies: “I enjoy working in an environment where I have the opportunity to be the catalyst for massive transformation on a daily basis. I enjoy this mostly through education in the form workshops, community awareness events, and conversations with patients during their visits.”

Dr. Nick is more than just a chiropractor; he is a husband and father to 5 active little boys and the newest addition a little girl. When he is not in the office treating patients, he loves spending time with his family, learning, and being silly with his kids.

Dr. Tremain Singleton

Dr. Tremain Singleton

Chiropractic Director

Dr. Tremain Singleton is the newest recruit to our All-Star Chiro team! He and his wife are transplants from Columbia South Carolina and so far, have not taken fondly to Kentucky winters. Although, his wife Lakia, tells me that they will be just fine with some patience, time and of course some snow tires. Dr. Tremain received his Bachelor of Science from South Carolina State University and Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University.

When asked about his most amazing and miraculous Chiropractic story, many stories of infants in distress came to mind. Tramain says that over the years if he has seen it once, he has seen it a hundred times…a new and sleep deprived parent comes in for his or her regular Adjustment with a tiny, frustrated, constipated, exhausted, fussy, and clenched baby in tow. After some acknowledgement and a little education as to how Chiropractic helps infants to function better, Tremain is able to Adjust the baby. Without fail, before reaching the car, the baby calms and its body relaxes then a few moments later, poops! A win-win!

In addition, with Columbia South Carolina being very proximal to Fort Jackson, America’s largest Army Base. Many of the active-duty personnel could not be seen at the VA for various reasons so in order to get help they would have to seek Chiropractic Care out-of-pocket & off base. Many came to seek care with Dr. Tremain, “These guys were suffering from PTSD and on a minimum of 15 medications on average. It never fails, after a few visits, you will see their eyes become bright and open. Their whole demeanor changes. They begin to feel like themselves again.” Dr. Tramain says.

We all have these stories as Chiropractors and agents of healing change. Dr. Tramain’s stories represent a few of the many populations that can respond drastically to regular checks for Subluxation (spinal misalignment corrected through the life changing Chiropractic Adjustment). But the truth is, miracles happen with every Adjustment, as normal body function is restored, and healing energy released.
