Dr. Nicholas Leverette
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Learning Officer
Growing up in a small farming community in rural Mississippi, Dr. Nicholas Leverette knows the value of hard work and strong relationships. He completed his undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University, majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. During his time at MSU, he earned The Holmes Academic & Cultural Diversity Award as a sophomore. After attending Mississippi State, he continued his education at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. At Parker, Dr. Leverette earned double bachelor’s degrees in Human Anatomy & Health and Wellness. He also earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic, graduating at the top of his class in 2007.
Specialties
Dr. Leverette has been Board Certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners since 2007. He has been licensed by the Kentucky Board of Chiropractic Examiners since 2008 and serves as a Peer Reviewer/Insurance Consultant, licensed by the Kentucky Board of Chiropractic Examiners since 2018. Dr. Leverette wrestled with a shoulder injury for many years that impacted his ability to practice the profession he loves dearly. A colleague treated his shoulder with Dry Needling and achieved excellent results; his shoulder injury completely resolved. As a result, Dr. Leverette pursued additional training in this specialty. In 2018, under the instruction of Dr. David Fishkin, Dr. Leverette became a Certified Dry Needling Practitioner through The Dry Needling Institute.
Additional Training
Dr. Leverette has extensive post-graduate training and certification through the Academy of Chiropractic, which has been awarded “provider status” from the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards and is recognized by Cleveland University–Kansas City, Texas Chiropractic College, and the ACCME in partnership with the State University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. This training includes MRI Spine Credentialing, Spinal Biomechanical Engineering, Spinal Trauma Pathology, Spinal Discs and Ligaments, Neurology & Pathology, Accident Reconstruction, Impairment Rating, Orthopedic Testing, Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke Anatomy and Evaluation, Electro-diagnostics, Interprofessional Hospital-Based Spine Care, Personal Injury Triaging, and Documentation, Diagnosis, and Management. Dr. Leverette has also been accepted as a Fellow Candidate in Primary Spine Care through the State University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
Nationally Certified
During his career, Dr. Leverette became Nationally Certified in Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression by Life University, approved by the International Medical Advisory Board for Spinal Decompression. This program was one of the first of its kind offered in the United States.
It is Dr. Leverette’s mission to help as many people as possible in the Lexington and surrounding communities avoid invasive procedures such as back or neck surgery, spinal fusions, injections, and the harmful side effects of medications. He specializes in Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression therapy and other natural, effective alternatives, and is passionate about this treatment due to the research supporting its effectiveness for spinal disc conditions.
Outside the Office
Dr. Leverette is a chiropractor, educator, and entrepreneur, as well as a husband to Dr. Missy Leverette and a father to nine children. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring, learning, and being present in everyday moments with his children.

Director of Functional Nutrition
Like Dr. Nick, Dr. Missy also completed her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas in 2007. While Dr. Missy loves Chiropractic, another passion of hers is Nutrition. When it comes to finding a healthy lifestyle plan from diet to supplements Dr. Missy handles it all here in the office.
When she is not here in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her six children.
Sheena Stroman

For more than a decade, Sheena Stroman has been a dedicated and valued leader at Revive Chiropractic Centers, serving as Certified Case Manager, Director of Marketing & Community Outreach, Senior Chiropractic Assistant, and Trainer. Her unwavering commitment to excellence, patient advocacy, and community engagement has played a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the practice.
With over 10 years of loyal service, Sheena has distinguished herself through her exceptional ability to connect with people, build meaningful relationships, and expand awareness of the life-changing care provided at Revive Chiropractic Centers. She is highly skilled in new patient acquisition, strategic community outreach, and practice development, consistently creating opportunities to serve more individuals and families throughout the community.
Sheena’s diverse educational background includes graduating with special honors in Functional Nutrition Assessment, Certification in Case Management, undergraduate studies in Biology, Neuroscience, Communications, Criminal Justice, and Ministry, providing her with a unique perspective that blends science, compassion, leadership, and service. Her multidisciplinary knowledge allows her to effectively guide patients through their healthcare journey while fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, attorneys, businesses, and community organizations.
