Middle aged female patient presented to our office with stiffness and discomfort across her upper back and shoulders.
She revealed that she was undergoing radiation therapy following a double mastectomy and was having a very difficult time holding her arms above her head to receive the chemotherapy treatment. She reported severe fatigue and weakness during and after chemo.
Our recommended treatment plan for her spinal complaints included chiropractic treatment performed following an Initial Intensive phase of care protocol.
After twelve visits, during her evaluation, she reported increased strength and stamina during chemo. Her updated posture pictures also revealed a significant improvement. Currently, she has successfully completed her chemo treatments and is looking forward to the opportunity to travel more with family.
